    Preheat griddle to medium high heat.

    Divide the meat into 4 balls, then place on the heated griddle.

    Season each burger with salt, then add the thinly sliced onions on top.

    Smash down with a spatula or burger press to ¼” thick. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until browned along the edges.
