How does Affirm work?
- Approval with Affirm is dependent on an identity and credit check. Not all customers will be eligible to buy with Affirm.
- Customers must complete the application on their own. Customer Support cannot assist the customer in the application process.
- Payment options are offered by Affirm, are subject to an eligibility check, and may not be available in all states. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.

What is required to create an Affirm account?
- Be a resident of the United States (including U.S. territories)
- Be at least 18 years old (19 if you're a ward of the state of Nebraska)
- Have a social security number
- Own a phone number that receives SMS and is registered to the United States or U.S. territories
How do I make payments with Affirm?
Affirm will send reminders when payments are due. Log in to the Affirm app or go to affirm.com to pay by debit or bank transfer. The customer can also enable AutoPay for automatic payments if they would like.

How does Affirm work?
Select Affirm at check-out and enter a few details to see if you are approved. If approved, select the payment option that works best for you. After picking a plan, you'll see your payment schedule, then click confirm to complete your purchase.
Returns
All returns follow the Masterbuilt returns policy. Funds will be applied back through the original payment method made. Once Affirm has been notified the refund will populate back in your account within 3 business days. Affirm does not refund any interest already paid.
