eGift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our eGift cards have no additional processing fees. Cards expire after 5 years.

How do I check my Gift Card Balance?
If the gift card email is lost by the recipient, the purchaser or recipient should reach out to customer service and customer service can resend the email.
The Customer Service team can check the balance of the gift card if provided with the email address of the purchaser. You may contact customer support using our contact form.
I didn’t get my gift card email, what do I do?
- * Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- * Recipient's firewall blocked the email
- * Email inbox is over size limit
- * Invalid email address
Please check your junk mail to see if the email is in the junk or spam folder.
If a spam filter is blocking customersupport@masterbuilt.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that customersupport@masterbuilt.com emails are not considered spam.
