    In a large container or zip-top bag, combine the pork steaks, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours.

    Preheat your Gravity Series® 600 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker to 350°F.

    Remove the pork steaks from the marinade and pat dry lightly. Season both sides generously with SPG seasoning.

    Place the pork steaks on the grill grates and cook at 350°F until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F. For more tender, traditional pork steak texture, cook closer to 160°F internal.

    Remove from the grill and let the steaks rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Slice or serve whole and enjoy.
