Bone-in Rotisserie Pork Roast

Smoked bone-in whole pork rib roast, seasoned with brown sugar rub and spritzed with apple juice.

    Set Gravity Series Grill + Smoker to 450˚F.

    Lightly trim excess fat off of pork roast.

    Ingredients

    • 1 8 Bone-In Pork Loin Rib Roast

    Mix all dry ingredients together and season all sides of the pork roast.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    • 1/4 cup Kosher Salt
    • 1/4 cup Dry BBQ Seasoning
    • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
    • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper

    Insert rotisserie spit rod directly through center of roast and lock in both claws.

    Place rotisserie on grill over direct heat for 75 to 90 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145˚F.

    Spritz roast with apple juice every 15 minutes.

    • 16 ounces Apple Juice

    Remove rotisserie from grill and let rest for 15 minutes before cutting into individual chops. Serve and enjoy.
