Instructions

  1. 01

Preheat your Gravity Series® 600 grill to 350°F.

  2. 02

Pour cornbread batter into mini cupcake tins and bake/smoke for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and set.

  3. 03

Let cool, then slice each muffin in half to form your slider “buns.”

  4. 04

On the griddle attachment or cast iron skillet over the grill, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside, reserving the bacon grease for the burgers.

  5. 05

Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions (about 2 oz each). Form into thin patties.

  6. 06

On the griddle with bacon grease, cook each patty over medium-high heat. Season with 1 tsp of AP rub.

  7. 07

Flip once the edges crisp, top with halved slices of American cheese, and allow to melt.

  8. 08

Place one cheesy burger patty on the bottom half of each cornbread muffin.

  9. 09

Layer with 1 slice of crispy bacon, a few pickle chips, sliced onion, and a generous drizzle of BBQ sauce.

  10. 10

Top with the other half of the cornbread muffin.

MASTER IT.

There's an app for that.
