Blend all dry rub ingredients together.
Completely coat wings in dry rub and let sit out for 30 minutes.
Set grill temperature to 300˚F.
Smoke at 300˚F for about 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165˚F. Rotate halfway through.
Mix Buffalo sauce ingredients together in small saucepan and blend at med heat.
Add wings directly from grill into bowl and toss in sauce.
Quicker option: Grill wings for 30 mins at 375˚F to 400˚F, turning several times.
