Preheat smoker to 275°F.
Smoke ham at 275°F for 2.5-3 hours directly on rack.
Remove from smoker and place in disposable pan on the side.
Mix brown sugar, 1 cup of honey, and pineapple to make glaze and baste on ham.
Mix mustard sauce by combining 1/4 cup of honey, maple syrup, horseradish, whole grain mustard and mayonnaise. Serve with ham.
Place back in smoker and smoke for an additional hour or until internal temp reaches 140-145°F.
