Burnt End Pineapple Chipotle Baby Back Ribs

Smoked Prairie Fresh Baby Back Ribs with Lanes BBQ Sweat Heat and Pineapple Chipotle Sauce finished off on the Masterbuilt Gravity 800 Griddle and Smoker

Instructions

    Preseason your Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 to 225°F.

    Prep your Prairie Fresh Baby Back Ribs by pulling the membrane off the back side of the ribs.

  3. 03

    Season with Lanes BBQ Sweet Heat rub liberally.

  4. 04

    Add seasoned ribs to the middle rack of your Masterbuilt for 2 hours.

  5. 05

    Remove and then add liquid butter and brown sugar and then wrap twice in aluminum foil.

    Place back on middle rack of smoker for 1 additional hour at 225°F.

  7. 07

    Remove ribs and unwrap while taking your Masterbuilt Griddle up to 600°F.

    Cut the rack of ribs into individual ribs.

    Place in pan and add Lane's BBQ Pineapple Chipotle Sauce to ribs.

    Place on the griddle and cook for 5-10 minutes until desired crispiness, add additional sauce as needed

    Remove, let rest and serve hot.
