These Burnt End Pineapple Chipotle Baby Back Ribs are an all-out flavor explosion. Starting low and slow on the Masterbuilt Gravity Series® 800 Digital Charcoal Griddle and Smoker, the ribs soak up rich wood-fired flavor before being wrapped with brown sugar and butter for melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Then, they’re finished hot on the griddle with a caramelized glaze of Lane’s BBQ Pineapple Chipotle Sauce, creating sticky, crispy edges that mimic burnt ends. If you're looking for a bold and unforgettable rib recipe to impress your crew, this is the one to fire up.
