Place each hot dog on wooden stick.
Spiral cut each hot dog.
Wrap hot dog in bacon and secure each end with toothpicks.
Set Gravity Series Grill/Smoker to 300 ˚F.
Place on middle rack and grill for 30 minutes, or until bacon is golden brown. Flip every 10 minutes.
Turn grill up to 400 ˚F.
Place aluminum pan under hot dogs and drizzle with honey and grill for 10 more minutes.
Remove toothpicks and serve on hot dog bun
Blend sauce together by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Drizzle on bun. Enjoy!

- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
