I remember being a little kid and my grandma would always grill the BEST steaks during our summertime visits. I didn't think she could get any cooler, until one day she decided to let me in on all her grilling secrets. And ever since then, I've been enamored by how effortless it is to grill all year long using seasonal ingredients. Grilling is for both men and women, and it brings me so much joy inspiring other women in doing so!

What inspired you to start barbecuing? How long have you been doing it?: My Nana inspired me to start grilling! I remember being a kid during our summer visits, and she would always make the BEST steaks. One day, she let me in on her grilling secrets, and I've been hooked ever since. It's been a lifelong passion of mine to grill effortlessly, no matter the season.
How do you approach grilling as a way to inspire others, especially women?: Grilling isn't just for men! I love showing other women how easy and rewarding it can be to use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious meals. It’s all about sharing the joy of cooking and the confidence that comes with mastering the grill.
What advice would you give to someone new to grilling?: Have fun and don't be afraid to make mistakes! Those moments often teach you the most about improving your cooking. Focus on creating recipes that inspire you and bring joy to the people you're serving.
What’s your favorite grilling technique and why?: Grilling chicken wings to be crispy without frying! I coat them in flour and brush them with olive oil before grilling. It's such a simple way to achieve crispy wings while avoiding the stovetop mes
What keeps you passionate about grilling?: The creativity and connection it brings. Grilling lets me experiment with seasonal flavors while sharing delicious food with loved ones. Plus, it’s incredibly empowering to take something traditionally seen as a “man's domain” and make it my own.
