Craving a dessert that’s as bold as it is delicious? This S’mores Dessert Pizza, featuring the secret ingredients of crispy bacon and rich dark chocolate, is perfectly cooked on the Gravity Series® 800 Digital Charcoal Griddle + Grill + Smoker. The grill’s versatility gives you the perfect combination of crispy dough, melty marshmallows, and that smoky, grilled flavor that takes this dessert to the next level!

Instructions

    With the grill trays on, preheat Masterbuilt to 425F.

    Line a baking sheet with tin foil and add the wire rack. Space out bacon on top and add generous amounts of maple syrup and brown sugar on each slice.

    Set on the grill for about 30-40 minutes. You want it crispy but not overly crispy. Remove and let rest.

    Carefully remove grill trays from the Masterbuilt and place the pizza oven attachment in the grill.

    Increase temperature to 550F.

    Prep dark chocolate, graham crackers and chop bacon into small pieces.

    Spread AP flour on your cutting board and shape pizza dough into a small ball.

    Stretch or roll pizza until it’s thin. Add semolina flour to your pizza steel so the dough doesn’t stick and put it in the pizza oven for about 3 minutes.

    Remove and add all your toppings: salted caramel sauce, marshmallows, dark chocolate, graham crackers, candied bacon.

    Put it back in the pizza oven for another 3-5 minutes until the dough is fully cooked and marshmallows have a nice color.

    For burnt marshmallows: decorate your pizza from the start and put it in the oven for the full 5-8 minutes on 500F.

    Garnish with more graham crackers, salted caramel sauce and vanilla bean salt. Slice, serve and enjoy!
