Instructions

  1. 01

    Season the ribs with SDBBQ (SmokingDadBBQ) Texas rub 1-2hrs before smoking.

  2. 02

    Use the AFS (Automatic Fire Starter) feature with a small bed of charcoal to bring your grill up to 270f.

  3. 03

    Once up to temp place 1-2, 6-inch wood chunks into the mini hopper and start smoking your ribs.

  4. 04

    Replenish the wood chunks as needed (30min for 6" mini splits). Smoke until tender (approx. 3hrs)
