Get ready to elevate your appetizer game with a unique fusion recipe that brings together the best of two culinary favorites: the California roll and the jalapeño popper. This inventive dish combines the fresh, vibrant flavors of sushi with the irresistible spice and creaminess of a classic jalapeño popper.

    Mix 3/4 cups of mayo, 1 tbs of sriracha, 1 tbs of hot & spicy sauce. Set aside your sriracha mayo sauce.

    Shred up crab and mix with 1/2c spicy mayo.

    Mix in avocado, cream cheese, and seasoned sushi rice.

    Toast panko with cajun seasoning.

    Deseed jalapeños and stuff with cream cheese and crab mix then top with panko.

    Place in the smoker at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until pepper is soft.
