In large pan brown the sausage. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Transfer to foil pan and put in smoker at 225-250°F for 1 - 1½ hours. NOTE: It is not recommended to use hot sausage and hot Rotel together. One or the other unless you really like spicy foods.
