Made with the Masterbuilt Gravity Series Digital WiFi Charcoal Grill, Griddle, and Smoker, it combines the creamy, cheesy goodness of homemade mac and cheese with the smoky sweetness of Mexican street corn, resulting in a rich, flavorful dish that’s sure to be a hit.

    Dice the jalapeno and cut the corn off the cob. Boil pasta until al dente.

    In a skillet, cook garlic in butter for 1 minute. Add jalapeno, then corn after 3 minutes.
