Blend all dry rub ingredients together.
Mix Honey BBQ Sauce ingredients together in small saucepan and blend at medium heat.
- 16 ounces Mild BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Honey
- 3 tablespoons Apple Juice
Completely coat wings in dry rub and let sit out for 30 minutes.
Set grill temperature to 300˚F.
Smoke at 300˚F for about 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165˚F. Rotate halfway through.
Add wings directly from grill to 9x13 pan and drizzle sauce over top of wings.
Optional – Place 9x13 pan with wings on the grill for an additional 20 minutes at 375˚F or remove sauced wings from pan and place directly on grill grates (sear side) for 10-15 minutes turning several times to create burnt ends.
