Set smoker temp to 275°F.
Mix all dry ingredients well.
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Chicken Mrs.Dash Seasoning (no sodium)
Evenly coat all sides of pork chops.
Place chops in smoker and smoke for 2 - 3 hours, or until internal temperature has reached 145°F.
Serve with charro beans, habanero salsa and flour tortillas.
