Preheat smoker to 225°F.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Smoke chicken for about a hour and a half or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In a bowl toss romaine hearts, dressing, and Parmesan cheese together.
Heat tortilla on the stove in a pan.
Remove tortillas from pan and lay on a flat surface.
Layer salad, tomatoes and sliced chicken on tortilla.
Roll up and enjoy!
