    Fill electric fryer with oil. Heat to 375°F; this will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

    To make batter, whisk together flour, sesame seeds, and sparkling water in a large bowl, until batter is smooth and has no lumps.

    • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
    • 2 cups Sparkling Water

    Soy Dipping Sauce: In a medium bowl combine oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar, mixing well until sugar is dissolved.

    • 4 teaspoons Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
    • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
    • 2 teaspoons Sugar
    • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce

    Transfer with tongs to paper towels to drain, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Coat and fry remaining vegetables in the same manner. Serve vegetables with dipping sauce.
