Ingredients

  • Main

These sweet, sticky, fall-off-the-bone ribs bring the classic flavor of traditional ribs and pair perfectly with hearty, carb-loaded sides and your favorite veggies. Made on the AutoIgnite 545 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker, they come out tender and full of smoky goodness every time.

Instructions

  1. 01

Trim Ribs and hit with Mustard as a binder. Dust with Fine Swine and Sugar Mama.

  2. 02

Preheat your smoker to 275°F (Nick added a JD wood block for extra smokiness).

  3. 03

After about 2 hours or when you got the smoke you want wrap with butter, more rub, brown sugar and honey. I hit with apple cider vinegar before wrapping.

  4. 04

Back in the smoker until desired tenderness, about 30-45m. Remove from foil and hit with warm sauce and let tack up in the smoker for another 15 minutes.

MASTER IT.

There's an app for that.
