These BBQ Lil Smokies are a quick and crowd-pleasing snack with big flavor. Made on the Gravity Series® 1150 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker, they pick up just the right amount of smoky heat while simmering in a rich, homemade barbecue sauce. Whether you're hosting a game day get-together or just need an easy appetizer off the grill, this recipe is simple, satisfying, and always a hit.

Instructions

  1. 01

    Preheat smoker to 225F

  2. 02

Combine all ingredients into an aluminum pan, mix well to combine thoroughly , cover tightly with aluminum foil and place 2 slits in the top with a knife to act as a vent.

  3.

  4. 03

Place in smoker and allow to cook for 3 hours covered. Remove aluminum foil and allow food to smoke for 15-20 minutes. Increase temperature to 400 for last 10-15 minutes of the cook to thicken up the glaze. Remove when thick to your liking, making sure that nothing is burning.

MASTER IT.

There's an app for that.
