    In a mixing bowl, make the marinade by stirring together the garlic, green onions, white onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, sesame oil and canola oil.

    • 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
    • 2 Green Onions (chopped)
    • 1/2 White Onion (sliced)
    • 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
    • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
    • 3/4 cup Water
    • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil

    Place the ribs and the sauce in a large bag or bowl and massage the sauce into the ribs with your hands. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 4 hours or overnight.

    Heat your Gravity Series to 600°F. Oil your grill grates with Canola Oil.

    Remove the ribs from the marinade and place ribs on the grill. Cook on each side for 2 minutes.

    Serve with steamed jasmine rice and kimchi. Enjoy!
