Prepare lobsters by plunging them headfirst into salted boiling water and cooking for 1 minute. Remove and drain. Inject lobsters with marinade into tails in spots approximately 1 inch apart.
Place lobsters on a medium hot grill. Cook on the grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. To check for doneness, check claw meat by cracking open a claw. Meat should be opaque.
Do not overcook or meat will be tough. To serve, cut along underside of tail, leaving the back of the shell intact. Use marinade as a dipping sauce. Serves 4.
