Fill fryer with oil to the max line, heat to 375˚F (est. 15-20 mins)
Place wings in large bowl. Cover with soy sauce, cover and chill for 1 hour. Drain, pat dry with paper towels.
Place wings in basket, lower into fryer, cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove wings from fryer, place in single layer on paper towels.
In small bowl, combine pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper. Sprinkle over wings, turning to coat both sides.
