Instructions

    Grill the Corn

    Grill ears of corn over high heat until charred on all sides, about 10–12 minutes. Let cool slightly and slice off the kernels.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayo, Greek yogurt, sriracha, lime juice, bone broth, monkfruit sweetener, salt, and pepper until smooth.
