Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
In small bowl, mix together the corn, chopped tomato, green onion, cider vinegar, honey, oregano, red pepper, and salt; set aside.
Brush Halibut with Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle with pepper and oregano.
Cover and grill fish over medium heat 10-15 minutes, turning once or twice, until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve fish with relish.
