Preheat grill to 350°F (medium setting).
Allow steaks to stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes before cooking.
Sprinkle both sides of steaks with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
Grill steaks for 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove steaks from grill; drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and wrap in aluminum foil.
Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
For sauce: Mix butter, cinnamon, pepper, cream, and shallots in small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring well. Serve with steaks as a sauce.
