Bright, fresh, and full of summer flair, these Blistered Tomato and Cheese Skewers are a vibrant appetizer that brings together creamy grilled cheese, juicy tomatoes, and fragrant basil oil over a bed of peppery arugula. Cooking at high heat on the Gravity Series® 800 Digital Charcoal Griddle + Grill + Smoker allows the tomatoes to blister just enough for that perfect smoky burst while giving the cheese a rich, golden crust without melting apart. Finished with a drizzle of homemade basil-garlic oil and a touch of balsamic glaze, this dish is as visually stunning as it is delicious—ideal for entertaining or elevating your next backyard gathering.
