Mix all meatball ingredients. Roll into 1.5” balls.

Preheat Masterbuilt to 250°F. Place meatballs on a wire rack or foil tray and smoke for 45 minutes–1 hour until 160°F internal

Transfer to a cooling rack, cover with BBQ sauce, and return to the grill for 10 minutes at 300°F.

Toast hoagie rolls on the grill. Load each with 1 meatball, sauce, and provolone. Serve and enjoy!
