Preheat your smoker to 375°F

Season Cheese Curds with Scorpion Rub, Optional but recommended

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, white cheddar, sour cream, 1/2 cup beef gravy, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined and smooth.

Transfer the cheese mixture to a greased baking dish or cast iron skillet. Spread it evenly. Place seasoned cheese curds on top.

Place the dip in the smoker for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Remove from the smoker and immediately sprinkle cheese curds evenly over the top. Sprinkle crumbled bacon
