    Fire up your Masterbuilt grill and preheat to 450°F.

    Grill or pan-fry 3 slices of bacon until crispy. Set aside and reserve the bacon grease for toasting the burger bun.

    Loosely form 1 lb of ground beef into a burger patty. Avoid overpacking to keep the patty juicy and tender.

    Season the patty with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill over direct heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

    During the last minute of cooking, add American cheese to the burger and allow it to melt.

    Toast the sesame bun in the reserved bacon grease for extra flavor and crunch.

    Spread peanut butter on the bottom bun and strawberry jelly on the top bun. Add the grilled burger patty, bacon, and sliced jalapeños in between.
