An easy high protein, low carb family dinner! These Grilled Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are ready in less than 30 minutes and a crowd-pleaser for your next family bbq.

Preheat Masterbuilt grill to 300F.

To make the bang bang sauce, combine the mayo, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp. salt & black pepper in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth. Set aside.

In a separate large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, and seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper). Toss until well coated in the seasonings.

Thread 3-5 pieces of the seasoned chicken onto each wooden skewers. Place the chicken kebabs on a plate to prepare for grilling.

Place 1/3 cup of the bang bang sauce in a separate bowl, reserving the larger portion for after baking.

Place the chicken s kewers on the preheat grill racks to cook 8 minutes, flip, then use the separated 1/3 cup bang bang sauce to brush onto the chicken kebabs.

Cook another 8 -10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165F and chicken is starting to show char marks.
