Set grill to 350˚F
Combine all dry ingredients together and season pork with dry rub.
Grill for 15 minutes per side (total 30 minutes or until internal temp is 145˚F).
Pull off grill and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes (internal temp will rise to 155˚F).
Slice 1/2 thick slices and serve as an entrée or as sliders with mayo and pickle.
