Peel 3-4 oranges and cut into medium chunks. Place the chunks in a small grill-able tray and place on your Gravity Series Charcoal Grill + Smoker. Smoke at 250° F for 10 minutes.

Add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a medium sauce pan and dissolve over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, add smoked oranges and let come to room temperature.

Infuse the ingredients for overnight or up to 72 hours. Strain and reserve.

Smoke fresh cherries in your Gravity Series Charcoal Grill + Smoker with wood chips for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until dark and soft. Remove carefully and allow to cool to room temperature. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Add 1 teaspoon of the smoked orange simple syrup, smoked cherries and bitters in a rocks glass. Muddle together and gently stir to combine.
