Mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder and 2 tablespoons of A1 Sauce into the ground beef. Place ground beef mixture into gallon-sized resealable bag and spread evenly; set aside.
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 4 tablespoons A1 Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Make a bacon weave. Cut the resealable bag down the center and sides, then fold the bag away.
Layer the additional A1 Sauce, shredded cheeses, mushrooms and pickles down the center of the ground beef blanket.
Fold the beef blanket on both sides toward the center and seal completely. Seal the ends and make sure there are no holes or gaps.
Place the beef into the center of the bacon weave. Pull both sides of the bacon blanket to the center and seal the beef roll inside. Seal the ends and make sure there are no holes or gaps.
Place the fatty into your smoker and cook for 2 hours at 225°F. Slice and serve!
