Fill fryer to the MIN fill line with oil and heat to 375 ˚F.
Mix dry ingredients (except for cayenne), add 1/2 cup of water, mix in a large bowl until smooth batter.
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Cornmill
Toss pickles in batter.
Fry until golden brown, 1 – 2 minutes.
Remove with slotted spoon, drain on paper towels.
Mix ranch with buttermilk and cayenne for dipping sauce.
