Preheat oil to 375°F in electric fryer.
Combine cornmeal, flour salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning (your preferred brand) in a sealable bag. Shake well.
Place one halved lobster tail at a time into bag. Shake well to completely coat tails.
Fry 4 halved lobster tails at a time for 5-7 minutes until lobster turns white and the coating is slightly brown.
Remove from hot oil and drain on paper towels.
