Preheat Masterbuilt Grill + Smoker to 600 degrees.
Add olive oil to the steak and rub the entire surface. Season both sides with sea salt and black pepper. Let the seasoned flank steak sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking. As the steak is resting, place a large skillet on the left side of the preheated grill. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and onions. Saute the onions until they are translucent, approximately 5 minutes. Then, add corn, cherry tomatoes and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 15 minutes. Mix vegetables while you cook to keep seasoning and cooking even. Remove from the skillet and let cool.
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- olive oil
- 1 1.5-2 lbs flank steak
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 ears of corn, cut kernels from each ear
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 zucchini, cut into large cubes
While the vegetables cook, mix cilantro, parsley, ½ cup olive oil, lime juice, and white vinegar together. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
Next, place steak on the grill with sear grates up, and sear both sides. Cook your steak to your desired temperature. Once desired temperature is reached, remove the steak.
