Sweet and Sticky Baby Back Ribs

Everyone loves a good baby back rib covered in a sweet bbq sauce. While ribs can be challenging to get right, this is a fool proof method to the best back yard ribs your family will love

Instructions

    Fill your AutoIgnite 545 with Lump Charcoal and spread some Cherry Chunks within

    Set the temperature to 250F

    Start by removing the membrane off the back of the baby back ribs

    Ingredients

    • 1 Rack Baby Back Ribs

    Season both sides with your favorite bbq rub. Let sit for 20 minutes for the rub to adhere and look "wet"

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup BBQ Rub

    Place on smoker bone side down for 4 hours

    When the internal temperature measured between the bones hits 200F, cover the top of the ribs with your favorite sweet bbq sauce

    • 1/4 cup Sweet BBQ Sauce

    Let this smoke for another 30 minutes for the sauce to tack up

    Pull the ribs off and let them rest for 20 minutes before slicing
