Cut the chicken or steak into 1.5” chunks. Place in a large bowl or ziplock bag.

Fire up your Masterbuilt 1150 to 450°F.

Thread meat onto skewers. Place skewers on the hot grates and grill for 8–10 minutes, turning once, until nicely charred and internal temp is 165°F (chicken) or 130°F (steak, medium-rare).
