    Cook chorizo and let cool slightly.

    Slice peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.

    Mix chorizo, cream cheese, pepper jack, green onion, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, and salt.

    Stuff peppers and wrap each one with bacon.

    Smoke on your Masterbuilt Gravity Series at 350°F for 30–40 minutes, until bacon is crispy and filling is bubbling.

    While the peppers smoke, mix the hot honey ranch ingredients and set aside.

    Serve warm with hot honey ranch for dipping.
