    Place honey and water in a medium sized grill-able bowl or tray on your Gravity Series Charcoal Grill + Smoker. Smoke at 225˚F for 10 minutes.

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup Water
    • 1 cup Honey

    Remove from heat, stir and refrigerate until use. Simple syrup will stay fresh for up to 1 month.

    Combine whiskey, smoked honey simple syrup, lemon juice and egg whites in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

    • 3 ounces Whiskey (of your choice, preferably bourbon or rye)
    • 2 ounces Smoked Honey Simple Syrup
    • 1 1/2 ounces Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
    • 2 ounces Egg Whites

    Strain into two glasses and enjoy.
