    Mix marinade and pour into a gallon size plastic zip bag. Put in mushrooms and marinate for 1-1.5 hours at room temperature, turning the bag around to redistribute the marinade every once in a while

    Preheat smoker to 250˚F.

    Place mushrooms directly onto smoker rack or place on fruit and vegetable mat.

  4. 04

    Smoke mushrooms for 45 minutes to 1 hour

  5. 05

    Enjoy as a side or use as an ingredient in dishes!
