Perfect for game day, backyard cookouts, or any gathering that calls for bold flavor, these wings combine the heat of Melinda’s Sriracha, the sweetness of hot honey and BBQ sauce, and a smoky finish from the Gravity Series grill. Infused with garlic, ginger, and a hint of lime zest, each bite delivers a balance of spice, sweetness, and crunch that will have everyone coming back for more.

Instructions

    Coat wings in corn starch then season wings with 1 tbsp Reaper Rub and 1 tbsp Sugar Mama. Grill or smoke at 400 degrees until crispy and cooked through. I pull mine at around 185-190 for that texture I like.

    In a pan on low heat, combine Melinda’s Sriracha, Hot Honey, sweet BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp Reaper Rub, garlic, and ginger. Let that come together and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Toss wings in the sauce, plate, and finish with lime zest, green onion, and crunchy fried garlic on top.
