Featuring juicy seared chicken, charred scallions, and layers of melted cheese, this creative twist on a classic is cooked to perfection using the AutoIgnite™ Series 545 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker. Instructions

    Light and stabilize the AutoIgnite™ Series 545 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker to 425°F.

    Oil the QuickSear™ hopper cast iron flat-top griddle plate with a high smoke point oil.

    Place chicken on the QuickSear™ hopper cast iron flat-top griddle plate, allowing chicken to sear quickly and evenly.

    Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 160°F, then transfer to a cutting board.

    Imagine the tortilla having 4 even quadrants. Slice from one end to the other to allow for a trifold.

    Lay shredded cheese across the entire surface & place on the grill surface to allow for the cheese to melt.

    Place scallions directly on the heat until charred to the desired temperature. Watch thoroughly.

    Placed sliced chicken and charred scallions onto the tortilla quadrant directly next to the slice.

    Once the cheese is fully melted, fold the cheesy tortilla on top of the filling & continue to fold, creating 3 layers to a triangle shape.
