  1. 01

The day before you want to make them, place your chicken wings into a bowl and toss with baking powder and whatever seasoning or rub you like.

  2. 02

Lay out the wings on a wire rack and place into the fridge overnight.

  3. 03

The next day, preheat your grill to 450°F.

  4. 04

Add the wings to the grill and let them cook, flipping every 10 minutes, until they are crispy and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

  5. 05

While they cook, prepare the sauce by sautéing the garlic in the oil, then add the soy sauce, sugars, vinegar, and sriracha.

  6. 06

Cook over medium heat until it starts bubbling and thickens to a syrupy consistency.

  7. 07

Once the wings are done, add them to a bowl and toss with as much of the sauce as you like.

  8. 08

Plate them up, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
