Smoked Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • Main

Smoked Corned Beef is slow-cooked until tender and packed with deep, smoky flavor and bold seasoning. Made on the Gravity Series® 1150 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker, it develops a rich bark while staying juicy and perfectly braised. Shred it and soak it in its flavorful juices for a hearty, mouthwatering bite every time.

Instructions

  1. 01

Generously season the corned beef with FireShire, Blazed Beef, AP seasoning, and the included seasoning packet, making sure all sides are evenly coated.

  2. 02

Place the corned beef on the smoker and cook at 225°F.

  3. 03

When the internal temperature reaches 175°F, remove it from the smoker and transfer it to a half pan. Add one can of chicken broth mixed with 1 tablespoon of FireShire.

  4. 04

Cover the pan tightly with foil and return it to the smoker, increasing the temperature to 275°F.

  5. 05

Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 200°F and the meat is tender, then remove and let it rest.

  6. 06

Shred the corned beef, dip it back into the flavorful braising liquid, and serve.

MASTER IT.
