Smoked Sausage

 

 

Ingredients

Fresh pork or beef sausage

Seasonings to taste

 

Suggested Wood for Smoking:

Hickory or mesquite chips

 

Directions

Place sausage in pre-heated smoker at 150 degrees.  Smoke for 5 to 6 hour or until the outside casing begin to dry and change to a red color.
