Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders
Oil for frying
4 pounds chicken tenderloins
Southern Secrets Sizzlin Steak and Poultry™ Seasoning to taste
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oil to 400º F in electric fryer or 350º F in propane fryer. Lightly sprinkle tenderloins with Southern Secrets Sizzlin Steak and Poultry Seasoning. Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; stir well with a whisk. In another bowl combine flour and 2 tablespoons Southern Secrets Sizzlin Steak and Poultry Seasoning. In another bowl combine eggs and milk. Dredge tenderloins in seasoned flour; shake off excess. Dip in egg mixture then roll in Parmesan mixture coating all sides well. Fry 4 or 5 at a time for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from hot oil and drain on paper towels.
Serves 10 to 12.
